I'm Evan Forte, founder of Forte Bookkeeping Services. My path wasn't a straight line, and that's exactly why I'm good at this: I worked through staff accounting roles handling monthly bookkeeping, and financial statements, then moved into hybrid accounting/operations roles — including managing the full financial picture, while also handling hiring, benefits, and marketing, and cutting operational expenses. I've spent years on the sales and customer-facing side of small business, coordinating orders, managing inventory, and handling cash deposits and customers who needed clear answers fast.

That mix matters. I'm not someone who's only ever looked at numbers from behind a desk — I've run the floor, talked to the customer, and felt the pressure of a deadline, so when I do your books, I understand what's driving those numbers. Forte Bookkeeping Services exists for Inland Empire small businesses — the trade contractors, service providers, and sole proprietors who'd rather be running their business than wrestling with reconciliations and tax prep.
